C2921 (C2900-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.2(4)M4 Restarting

Before opening a case, I wonder if any of you know a bug in IOS version 15.2 (4) M4?.

I have a 2921 router with this version and fails to fully charge. I hope you can help me.

This is the error that the device sends and then restarts again:
