C7200 Subinterfaces Flap

Kindly Advice

The below is one of our PE logs, the problem (as shown in log) the router sub interfaces is daily flaps

What is the output of Show interface on the affected port?

I solved the problem the router is connected to BPX through STM1 cabel and the port which the cabel connect on the BPX is overutilized load 134%

Dint know overutilization could cause line protocol errors mate. Thanks !
