CAB-SS-232FС vs CAB-SS-232FС-EXT

Can anyone tell me the difference between these two cables? Specificly, the number of pins, is it the same on RS232 side?

Where did saw the CAB-SS-232FС-EXT code? it is not a cisco part number.

If need to connected routers back-to-back, suggest you buy pre-made cables off the popular auction site, that is cheap and effective.

Strangely both google and cisco website sometime produces no results on that string.

Anyway I cannot find any pinout information.
