Hello,
This WAN card has RJ-48C connector. Do we use Cat 5 cable to connect to this interface or there is any special cable?

You would need an E1/T1 cross over cable.
It is a cat5 cable in which pin 1 connects to 4 and pin 2 connects to pin5
