but the responses in that thread are not enough to fix the problem- or even get through tier 2 support at the ISP.
This happens every few hours. It requires a cold reload of the router to repair- there might be another way to updown the interface only that works but not one that I'm aware of. I know this is a strange issue but any answers or ideas on how to diagnose would be great as it is a huge detriment to services. It would be nice if we had more than one choice of cable internet provider in this area.
