Can 3825 support 2 nos NM-1T3/E3?

In configurator it shows ok, but in CISCO site it saying that only 3845 will support 2 nos of NM-1T3/E3.

3825 and 3725 have two network module slots. Therefore you can plug two NM, but it doesn't mean you can plug two NM-1T3/E3. Only 3845 and 3745 can have up to two NM-1T3/E3 http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/modules/ps2797/products_data_sheet09186a008010fba2.html

I would trust static document like the link above than configurator. Because configurator is a program, it could make a mistake - programming/database mistake. But wait for a Cisco employee to respond :)
