Can a clear channel DS3 use M13 framing?

We have a carrier in Canada that will only provide us with an M13 DS3. We want this to be a clear channel point to point circuit. Is M13 framing supported on clear channel?

If your carrier is providing to you a ckt that is not on a DAC's system then the end equipment will decide the framing that is on the line. If going through a DAC's (Which I can say your carrier is providing to you because they are specifying M13) then I say you cannot run clear channel on this line. The carrier is providing off their DAC's the M13 framing that you need to apply the same framing from your equipment. Usually if you want Clear channel end to end then you need to order it as such...
