Can't access 1130AG after firmware update!

Yesterday, I started to update the 1130AG. Sometime into the upgrade, my laptop shut off. 

Would that cause any issues with the access?

Also, after the upgrade, the LED ring kept changing colors constantly and fast.

I did hard reset it through the MODE button and my main router sees the IP Address it assigned to the AP.

 

What do I do now?

Console into the AP and post

Console into the AP and post the entire bootup process.  I want to see where it's failing.

I don't have the RJ-45 cable

I don't have the RJ-45 cable to DB-9 because none of my PC's have that communication port. 

Is there a different way for me to console into it?
