Doing network discovery and need to verify the exact model type for a 75xx router. Can't find it in sh vers or sh diag. Can anyone help?
I can paste in the output of these two commands if that would help.

How about a "show inventory", usually shows detailed info.

I had a typo, here is the correct configuration:
7507 - RSP's in slots 2 and 3
7505 - RSP's in slot 4
7513 - RSP's in slot 6 and 7
7576 - Same model as 7513 so same configuration.

can you post also " show 7500 " I think this is also a command if not mistaken.
[edit]
Im thinking of 7200 series, show 7500 may not be valid , can you see if you see it by " show tech-support "

this must be a 7513 , there are three models in this series 7505 with 4 interface slots, 7507 with 5 configurable interface slots and 7513 with 11, looking at the attached files and slots you have 9 slots being used.
I must admit have not worked with 7500 series yet.. as to what command would show this information remains.. I do not know.

With a sh diag command, you have to determine which slot holds the master and slave, once this is done you will be able to determine wich model of 75xx you are using:
7507 - RSP's in slots 2 and 3
7507 - RSP's in slot 4
7513 - RSP's in slot 6 and 7
7576 - Same model as 7513 so same configuration.
to decode the sh diag output, you can send an email with the content od the sh diag to diag@external.cisco.com or shdiag@external.cisco.com and you will get the output decoded, hope this helps

Carlos, is this another tool from within the man y tools in the TAC Tools website? like Output Interpreter, etc?
Or do you have to send it to those blind email addresses?
Didn't know this existed, just curious.
