Can't login to router after IOS upgrade

Hi,

Recently I loaded a new IOS on a 1921 router.  I have reloaded it but now I can't login into it! I mean it seems router back to normal operation after reloading and user&pass prompt apeare but don't accept my user/pass! before the change I have both acces methods (Telnet, SSH). Obvioulsy, I have successfully established a Telnet session in order to send the reload command; it has reloaded and now it prompts for user/password but the ones I used before are no longer valid. Any help, please?
