Cat4006 + SupEng2 + 48port 10/100 !!!!SOS!!!!

I was given a Catalyst 4006 with a Sup Engine 2 (WS-X4013) and a 48 port RJ45 switch (WS-X4148-RJ). All i got extra with it was a blue RJ45 Console cable. I was told the Engine was wiped to defaul settings, but have no idea how to log into the console thru telnet. I was given no hostname or IP for the Cat4006. Also since boot up, the engine status is yellow, and the switch status is Red (been running for 16 hours now with no change). Any help?!

What happens when you console into the switch. The yellow status means that its not able to boot properly and might be in a rommon state without an image file on the flash.

Check your hyper terminal settings and you should be able to console into the switch. Use the procedure below to recover it.
