CCENT/CCNA/CCNP LAB - router/switches

Hello -  I have recently inherited the following and wanted to know if i could still use for training and if so, how far can get with these? 

I'm looking at following the cisco security path. Thank you.

A lot of that equipment is pretty old. You could learn some basics on it but you may be better off using Packet Tracer or GNS3.
