Changing adminstrative distance for routing protocols

I have a router at a site that is used mainly for contigency that has a serial interface that routes BGP into a private MPLS cloud provided by the local Telco. I also have an ethernet port that routes eigrp that is connected through a Metro Optical Ethernet back to the main location. I want the eigrp to be the primary route for all traffic. How do I get the traffic to use the ethernet/EIGRP (90 AD) connection. Currently it uses the BGP(20 AD).

Best practices is not to change BGP AD, so you should look at changing the EIGRP AD on the router.
