Cisco 1800 Series Router

We bought a Cisco 1800 router. It is setup up with basic config settings for the Ethernet Interface and Serial Interface. The serial interface connects our off site location to our Primary location using a t-1 line. The offsite location can ping any device at our primary location and the primary location can ping devices at the offsite location. The problem is that we cannot telnet into the 1800 router from the primary location and the offsite location cannot telnet or RDP into any devices at the primary location. No firewall is installed on the router. Any Ideas? Also we cannot load any web pages from the off site location since the 1800 has been installed

Seems to be access-list on the path, please post your config to review it and find out the issue.
