CISCO 1811 gets hung frequently

Hi,

I have a CISCO 1811 which gets hung frequently . It stops responding . I need to reboot the router for the router to be functional .

Checked few documents which point to memory leaks :

In my router i observe*Dead* to be utilizing most of memory :
