cisco 2511 router boot error

2500 processor with 4096 Kbytes of main memory

router console just shows this message and nothing else is appeared please let me know if any one know the problem /solution .

Likely hardware problem, try removing/reset the ram module and do same with flash module.

If problem persist, sorry but the old chap is gone.
