Cisco 2800 router limitation

Hi forum,

Can cisco 2811 router support 2 VWIC-1MFT-T1 card? The vendor is saying that the router has a limitation to support 2 T1 card.

Hi,

2811 have slots for 4 HWICs which in turn you can plug 4 x VWIC-1MFT-T1. I don't see a documentation that mentioned limitation to 2 x T1 cards.

You can check this in Dynamic Configuration Tool which permits GUEST account https://tools.cisco.com/qtc/config/html/configureHomeGuest.html

Maybe ask your vendor for the link where it says the limitation.
