Hello Ashutosh,

if you like you can post the following command:

show proc cpu sorted 1min

it provides the processes that most use cpu first ( sorted)

we see that cpu usage by interrupts is far lower then total cpu usage

CPU utilization for five seconds: 99%/28%<<< interrupts ; one minute: 99%; five minutes: 98%

the process most using the cpu is likely IP input

95 32380564 2407649 13449 29.35% 47.13% 48.43% 0 IP Input

and the following process:

122       31504      9103       3460 38.58%  3.33%  1.81% 195 Virtual Exec

see the following document for high cpu caused by IP input

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/routers/ps359/products_tech_note09186a00801c2af3.shtml

for virtual exec

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/routers/ps359/products_tech_note09186a00801c2ae4.shtml

and more general document

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/routers/ps133/products_tech_note09186a00800a70f2.shtml

Hope to help

Giuseppe

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 Serial0/1/1

Avoid assigning an interface.  It's better if you assign an IP address.  In your case, it should be "ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 190.190.2.1".
