Cisco 2811 teminating 10MB ISP connection

I intend on using a 2811 to terminate my 10MB ISP connection at our headoffice. The router is going to be running BGP and QOS and will maintain routes for 6 remote sites (no internet routing table)

Does anyone forsee any problems with the 2811 in this regard. Will the performance on the 2811 be sufficient?

A 2811 should be able to all that with no issue.
