We have 2 routers Cisco 2811, that have a memory component issue, described in: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/field-notices/634/fn63405.html. If we don`t have a support contract, what actions we can do for replace defective memory? what partnumbers we can use for buy verified good memory?
Thanks!

You don't.
Cisco didn't release any information about how to determine which serial numbers or batches the faulty memory are in.

Ok, the rule is simple: If you don't have a Service Contract, DON'T DESPAIR. Contact your Cisco SE/AM and ask them to "waive" the serial numbers through.
The only time your serial numbers won't be "waived" is when your appliance came from a gray trader like e-bay.

I`m understand it. But how i can verify, that this "gray" memory does not have same issue?
