Cisco 2911 memory problem

 recently installed some 2911's, after a few weeks we cant log into the consol, it comes up with a memory issue. THE IOS is version 15.2-4m3

It has serial cards and a voice card/ UC software

Any advice, this box failing is giving us big probelms

What memory problems?   Post the output to the commands:

1.  sh version; and

2.  sh logs

While I agree with Leo that some additional details might help us to understand your problem better, I believe that there are some things that we can say based on the few details that you have provided. In my experience memory problems are most often the result of software issues, though there are sometimes problems related to hardware. If it is possible I suggest that you try a different version of software on these 2911s. Also if these routers are under a maintenance contract then opening a case with Cisco TAC would be a good thing to do.
