What type of connection? You can use floating static routes to back up the primary ISP, or you could use a backup interface for the secondary ISP. You'd simply use a default route, but you'd only go over one link as long as it was up. You could use sla and tracking to make sure the ISP was up on the other side, and should the tracking go down, bring the other static route into the table to go over the backup route....
