Good day.
Could you please help me with problem bellow. We got a cisco 3600 router with follow data:
Cisco IOS Software, 3600 Software (C3640-IK9O3S-M), Version 12.4(19b), RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
System image file is "flash:c3640-ik9o3s-mz.124-19b.bin"
As you can see from title i find out that router cpu overloaded with usage of IP NAT Ager proc. I was make a little research and many answers was pointed on buggy ios. How i can find is my IOS fresh enough, or it's needs to be renewed, and if it is needs to be renewd how can i get a newer ver of ois. Or if it is not required to be renewed, how i can troubleshoot my problem.
We have a network about 200 users, and very often cpu usage verry overloaded. i was run a comand cache verbose flow, but i can't understand it output, can u please help me with it
