Cisco 678 router

I need to know the command to open all ports on my 678 router in order to let my linksys router do the routing. I want to use the vpn capabilities of the linksys router. From what I can tell when I hook both of them up they are NATing back and forth and I can't get out. Does what I am trying to do make sense?

The command to open the port

set nat entry add 20 20 tcp

set nat entry add 21 21 tcp

Web/HTTP Server

set nat entry add 80 80 tcp

Secure Web/HTTPS Server

Similarly you have to open which are all the ports u wnat to open
