Cisco 7609 router automatic reboot

Hi,

Cisco 7609 router rebooted automatically. As per the Crash information - %ALIGN-1-FATAL: Corrupted program counter

pc=0xA0000100, ra=0x40FD662C, sp=0x50582DC0 - Instruction Bus Error exception, CPU signal 10, PC = 0xA0000100. Also observed "%C6K_PLATFORM-SP-2-PEER_RESET: SP is being reset by the RP". It seems to be IOS issue. Please let me know the reason of %C6K_PLATFORM-SP-2-PEER_RESET.
