Cisco 827 - After resetting to default config unable config

Excuse me if this is a dumb question, I'm new to configuring Cisco routers. I had a Cisco 827 sitting on the shelf for the past year and decided to get it working. I reset it using the "erase" command and power cycled it. I have my console cable connected to it and see all the text up to the point it asks if I want to configure it. At this point it will not accept any input from my PC. I'm using Window Hyper-terminal and have tried all the different terminal types. I also noticed it will not detect a "break" command when booting.

Thanks, Ron

Likely trouble on PC serial port or console cable. Replace and try again.

A new console cable seems to have done the trick. Thanks
