Cisco 877 and Austria Eunet/Tiscali no Carrier Detection

Hello,

We have the problem that our Cisco 877 with IOS 12.4.6T2 does not detect the carrier signal. The LED is just blinking.

Our provider is EUNET ex. Tiscali in Austria. Does someone has technical information about the setting with this provider? We are tried following: PVC:8/48, PPPoA, AAL5MUX, ANSI-DMT.

Does someone has any idea? Thank you.
