Re: Cisco ASR 1002 - Recommended stable and current release?

Nick,

The latest firmwar for the ASR 1002 is :

Release 3.9.1S

ED

If you want a "stable" IOS, I suggest you find a version that catches your fancy and read the Release Notes.  If that version unsettles you, find one until it suits your needs.

You also would like to test the OS in a lab before rolling it out.

By the way, make sure you upgrade the bootstrap codes too.

Re: Cisco ASR 1002 - Recommended stable and current release?

Which 3.x.x.x release is considered BU?

Most businesses prefer to stay at least a version behind..

so that would suggest two options:

3.8.2S(ED)

3.7.3S(ED)
