Cisco ASR1K policing undesired results

Hi all,

I am observing weird results after applying policing on the interface related to counters

##config###

policy-map POLICE_TEST

class class-default

  police 475000000 conform-action transmit  exceed-action drop  violate-action drop

interface GigabitEthernet0/0/3

ip address x.x.x.x 255.255.255.252

negotiation auto

service-policy input POLICE_TEST

service-policy output POLICE_TEST

The show interface counters are way higher than the policing ones and the Cacti also plots the graph based on the interface counters.

Can anyone confirm if this is a cosmetic bug? as on 7200's it works perfectly fine...!!

Cisco IOS XE Software, Version 03.10.01.S

Thanks in advance
