Cisco DHCP Server not providing IP through FTP file problem

I am using right now one DHCP pool and at FTP sever i am binding ip with user MAC address . When i am useing here FTP user name as anonimous and password , it is working but when i am using local user user name and password for FTP does not work .

For help iam using following attached file.

Hello Sujeet,

have you used the following syntax

ip dhcp database ftp://user:password@172.16.4.253/router-dhcp write-delay 120

Have you checked the FTP server logs to see why the connections with a local user are not accepted ?

Dear Qiuslar,

Yes i already did that but when i am using any local user name and password in place of anonymous and password , it is not working.

Second thing why so many times FTP data is courreptd and deletd automayically , is any resone or we have to need any precoution .

Please help me .

Why so many thimes needed restart the DHCP service ? is any auto option.
