Cisco IOS Firewall on 1812 RAM need?

Hi all,

I am newbie on Cisco and now self learning on it, hope can pass the CCNA, I have a 1812J Router right now.

And it have 128M Ram with 32M CF Card. And I have the adventerprisek9 IOS image, but it said need 256M RAM with 64M CF then can using it ....

I am now using advipservicesk9 @ 12.4 15.T12

I hope my router have all the high end function for learning. Special the IOS Firewall.

And I find a Cisco Link there said what in the IOS

Base on above link, the IOS Firewall look like on on the adv enterprise IOS image ....

So I am wonder, do I real need upgrade to using 256M RAM then can learning all the high function on my 1812J?

Probably not necessary, but is better to upgrade for future needs.
