Cisco router 2610XM as a ATM Switch

Is it possible to run 2610XM with two E1 interfaces as a ATM switch beetwen two ATM devices?

Is not possible with the 2610, it would be possible with a bigger router:

What you can do is to bridge from one PVC to another to emulate a transparent connection.
