CISCO ROUTER 2901 can't receive company email

Hi to all,

I'm having a problem with cisco router 2901, everytime I try to connect this router in our network, the users can't receive messages. We have a exchange mail server. What will be the cause and solution for this problem?

Is this your WAN router or this router is used to access the internet?

Do you have dynamic nat is being performed for users to access the exchange mail server?
