From router C1800, I can ping Cat 6509 (10.0.0.1) just fine. However, with the existing configuration as shown in the diagram, ping to 10.0.0.1 times out from my SWITCH CAT 2900XL.
Then if I remove the "WAAS 1" out of the equation and I connect only the WAN SIMULATOR, I can ping 10.0.0.1 from CAT 2900XL.
Therefore somehow the introduction of the WAAS 1 is apparently causing connection issues. For a minute I thought about the need to put a crossover cable between the WAAS and router 1800, but I am not sure whether that could be the problem?
I'd appreciate if you could give me a hint on how to troubleshoot this. Thanks much.
