CiscoWorks LMS - SNMP Strings in CiscoView

Hi there,

I'm using CiscoWorks LMS 2.6 with ACS integration. When I (an admin account) view a device in CiscoView I am not prompted for SNMP credentials. When other users with Network Administrator rights view a device they are asked to enter the SNMP community strings. Does anyone know of a place where I can tell CiscoView to always use the strings from the Common Services setup?

The agent uses the community string to determine what kind of access will be allowed to the agent's MIB.appears that the problem is related to Cisco's SNMP community string indexing. Have a look at this URL
