Hello All,
we have users at the site accessing citrix application over internet with internet link terminating on cisco ASA device the users are reporting that citrix disconnects abruptly for few users randomly with an error attached .we have been investigating this issue from network perspective and we could not find any issue as the users from MPLS are not having the same issue.any help on this.
