Hi, Ã would like to know if i have to set the speed at the fastethernet of these 2 equipments, or keep them in auto negociation. Thanks.

Just be consistent on both ends.
So if you go auto on the 2801 do the same on the 2960. If you set the speed/duplex on the 2801 set it the same on the 2960.

Newer generation of Cisco products have better speed/duplex autonegotiation with each other. Just to test, boot one and check with the other that the speed and duplex is full/100 instead of half/100 or half/10.
Otherwise, like what Jon said, force BOTH sides.
