Can anyone tell me what that register mean? After the IOS crash, I had set it to x2102, but not it has changed. Thanks.

Config register 0x101 means that the router will Ignore Console Break. Please see the link below for config register understand.

The confReg you show ignores the break key and sets the console baud rate.
