Configuring redaundancy

Need some suggestion, the scenario is that we have two main branches in India & UK; they are connected with MPLS link & another redundant link through the sonicwall vpn.

There was no automated switch over when the primary link goes down.

We want automated switch over to happen, when the primary link was down.

At the perimeter of the both the sites Cisco router is deployed, any suggestion that automatic switch over by configuring redundant VPN.

Please suggest.

Hi Navin

A small network topology diagram showing the as-is info of your network device placement will help to give our suggestions.

Re: Configuring redaundancy

Hi Navin,

Network diagram would really be helpful. Just mention what routing protocol you are using. If possible send us the running configfuration from the router as well.
