Configuring the 7304 NSE-100 FE Management Port

I have looked through the cisco documentation and could not find what the FE Management Port on the 7304 NSE-100 processor is used for or how it can be used and configured.

Thanks but this document does not explain how the FE management port can be used. I would like to use it as a standard FastEthernet interface if possible.
