Connecting CWDM to Cat4507

I am connecting a device CWDM against a Cat4507 and I am not able to connect any interface about the frequency 1510. Toward under OK it works, but have more than enough and the 1510 don't even work.... somebody has experience with the equipment?... according to documentation it should not be necessary to use atenuador, but in other doc says that yes..... some idea?

I don't find information on this message in Cisco.

These are informational message that will not affect the productivity. Alarm indicates Switch is receiving high power than the configured value. You can try using attenuators to reduce the power.
