I have a 3640 router I am trying to use as an Access server. After configuring the lines, I am getting interface resets as indicated below. Does anyone know how I can stop these. The phone lines are not connected to the ports yet.

The reason you probably have these call disconnected is during PPP negotiation so you can monitor this by enabling thr following debugs

debug ppp authentication

debug ppp negotiation

debug isdn q931

this way we can see the disconnect and reset reasons for the call. make sure you to assign terminal monitor command to see the debugs.
