Data centre and disaster centre high availability

Hi I am designing a solution where there is a DATA centre and a Disaster recovery centre. And customer will be accessing different applications in DC or DR. My question is if DC Routers(in high availability) fails totaly then how the traffic will be redirected to the disaster recovery centre? What will be best solution.
