Data Connectivity Using E1 ports of WAI-E1C-4RJ48 card
One of my customer is having WAI-E1C-4RJ48 [4 Port E1 (circuit emulation) RJ-48 PAM] card installed in Cat8540-MSR switch. Now they wants to use one of the four E1 (circuit emulation) port, for establishing a 2 MBPS E1 Data link for Internet access. I studied and found that these ports are primarily used for voice connection (connectivity with EPABX). Can you confirm whether it's possible to meet the customer's expectation with this setup??
