Hello All,
I have an existing vlan 333 that I use for a data network and pull dhcp requests from a MS Server, works perfectly.
I have created a new voice vlan 334 with an ip-helper pointing to my dhcp server. I have setup the new scope on the server, but for what ever reason
my phones cannot receive an IP. If I use vlan 333 for the phones they work fine. Any help would be appreciated,what am I missing from my config ?

1)you can remove ip helper-address on interface Vlan 333
2) have you got a route to 10.3.33.0/24 on your DHCP server ?
3) where is your DHCP server connected ?

1. Yes I can remove the ip-helper on vlan 333
2. My DHCP server can ping 10.3.33.1 which is the switch itself.
3. The DHCP server is connected on FastE 1/0/14, should I change to trunk mode ?

Hi,
no but you can remove the voice vlan from this port as well as the Qos trust device Cisco-phone.
are you sure your phones are receiving the correct VLAN info from CDP ? Are these Cisco Phones?

I ve had loads of issues like this before, re config for the DHCP server port with QOS and trunking etc
Like Alain has said
Reconfigure the DHCP server port to a purely access port in the data vlan
You say it is on int fas 1/0/14

Hey Guys,
Believe it or now, I am now have a total DHCP outage with any device that is connected to this switch stack. I am puzzled. Is there anything else I can look at or use to debug dhcp requests ?

Finally found a solution to this mess.
Our Windows DHCP Server had "DHCP Filtering" enabled. As soon as I disabled this feature our clients began to grab ip's.
