Hi,

the cisco phone works fine over any media, including adsl, cable and satellite.

If you have cisco routers at the remote locations you will need not to worry about anything as it supports NAT for any SCCP protocol that is generally used for phones.

Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!

ok then why do i have most users can not use the DSL. they just cant use it, the phone says TFTP timeout she has a Wyse terminal can not connect to a access server on our network. is there a settting on the 800 series router that could not be correct. i dont know

Hello,

Do you use CCM or CCME? In either case, do these devices have an interface exposed to the internet to use as TFTP ?

Or, do you use VPN with the 800 routers ?
