Discover IP traffic source to destination traffic on 2600 router

Can someone detail the 'debug' command or similar functionality that will allow me to see IP traffic out of my FastEth0/1 port?

This router sits before a VPN router that supports many links to other company sites. I want to see (without a sniffer) what the traffic stream sourec and destination IPs are?

Is this possible? I run C2600 Software (C2600-IPBASE-M) on this 2600 router.
