DMVPN as MPLS backup - Questions

I have seen a lot of information about DMVPN as a backup to MPLS, the issue is that virtually everybody is doing it in the same router

So I have an MPLS router at each site (2851) and I have purchased additional 2901-SEC routers to do the DMVPN termination at SITE-A and SITE-B

So my MPLS routers each run BGP (65001) to a peer at the SP, and EIGRP (10) to a remote site connected to this router over T1.

My DMVPN router will sit on the same LAN as the MPLS Router (at each site) and connect to the DSL/Cable on the other ethernet interface.

How should I dynamically provide routes from the DMVPN router to the MPLS router to allow failover on an MPLS failure?

Also, I have small Sites C, D and E that are on MPLS but not on the DMVPN - can I preserve routing to SITE A (via SITE B) on an MPLS failure at SITE A?
