DMVPN spoke-to-spoke communication failure between 2 spokes

Hi everyone, bit of a complex issue here with two of my DMVPN spoke routers. I have approx. 80 dmvpn spoke routers that connect to a DMVPN hub. Everything is working fine on all spoke routers where they are able to ping each other and building dynamic spoke-to-spoke tunnels. However there are 2 spokes that won't communicate with one another. They can ping all other spokes but each other. Routing seems to be ok as both spokes know each other via their respective tunnels however can't ping/communicate with one another. I noticed when I ping any other spoke, they quickly talk to the DMVPN head-end, obtain the NBMA IP address of the target spoke, and build a dynamic tunnel to that IP. However they never build a tunnel among each other. Currently there are no ACLs in place anywhere (for troubleshooting).

Any ideas?

Are you using NHRP ?

Apart from that, is route for those two spoke available on Hub Router ?

Also, can paste Hub and Spoke Tunnel Configuration here for further clarity...

Regards,

Smitesh
