DNS ISSUE USING CISCO 2801

I WAS JUST NOTIFIED THAT THE DNS SERVER MY COMPANY IS USING IS GOING TO BE DOWN AS OFF TOMORROW MORNING AND I WAS WANDERING WHATS THE FASTEST WAY TO REGISTER NEW DNS FOR OUR SITE,I HAVE 5 DIFFERENT PUBLIC IP'S I ALLREADY SET ANOTHER IP AND IS WORKING ,ALL I NEED IS TO REGISTER DNS IF ANYBODY KNOWS HOW CAN I DO THIS THE FASTEST WAY POSSIBLE I'LL APPRECIATED

Are you having your own DNS server in your network??

You need to contact the ISP who had provided those public ip addresses and request them to create a DNS record for your requirement. That will be the quick way.
